My Dream Desk is a 'show and tell' presentation using props and compact furniture to demonstrate how to easily improve performance with Ergonomics and Ergodynamics (how to arrange people with other people). How you position yourself and your team affects leadership, cooperation, decision making and staff retention, while reducing stress and exhaustion.
Positioning skills like sports, dancing and martial arts are learned best demonstration and this energetic presentation makes a refreshing break from podium, Power Point speeches. The speech includes a 3-question self-graded Quiz and the half day seminar includes a seven multiple choice customized questionnaire.
