Many of the wineries in Carneros are down home relaxed, but Etude is a bit more elegant. It is a large facility with interesting buildings and a European feel. They have been producing high quality Pinot Noir for many years and continue to do so. They do a bar tasting and a nice sit-down tasting of their more expensive wines by appointment.
They are in the process of renovating their tasting space and expanding it into a more hospitable environment. Wines: Pinot Noir, Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, Pinot Blanc, Pinot Gris. AWG Rating 89
