This is a great building with caves and a distinctly Italian-style, complete with marble sculptures. The property sits at a curving hollow alongside the Silverado Trail and it is very pretty. They do a nice sit-down tasting for a group by appointment.
Being Italians from the restaurant world, they lean towards the Italian varietals. Wines: Bordeaux and Super Tuscan blends, Nero d’ Avola (Important Sicilian varietal, similar to a new world Shiraz) Rose of Sangiovese. AWG Rating 89
