They are owned by a French winery family and fronted by a beautiful Victorian house, but the tasting room and winery is in a modern structure. They have a very spacious, well lit main tasting room and nice gift shop.
On the second floor is a gallery, a self-tour and the reserve tasting room, which is by appointment. They make good, European-style wines, complex and satisfying. Many of the grapes are sourced from Pope Valley.
For the best tasting spot, find a place at the bar away from the entrance. If you are coming with a group of seven or more, or a limousine, you need to call ahead. Wines: Sauvignon Blanc, Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Chardonnay, Unoaked Chardonnay, Syrah, Cabernet Franc. AWG Rating 88
