Their winery is by their home in the BennettValley. Although the name sounds Irish, the family is actually from France. Very relaxed and friendly with well-made wines.

Notes: This is a very pretty winery perched up on a rise near a little airport. The original owner lived in LA and liked the spot because he could fly up in his plane and walk next door. They make some great Chard, and Rhone-style wines. The tasting room is bright and airy with a nice staff. It makes a great stop between Dry Creek and Alexander valleys.

Notes: This building was once owned by the Mondavi family during the days of bulk winemaking. It sits beside the railroad tracks, and they would pull the tanker cars into the barrel room. Now that room is used for events and it is grand. They have a nice gift section, a very festive tasting room that is open late compared to their neighbors. The wines are first rate and they are next to the restaurants Tra Vigne, Pizzeria Tra Vigne & Taylors Refresher, and walking distance to downtown St Helena. Obviously there are many things that make this a popular winery.
