Notes: This is an extraordinary building with a story that is worth the ride by itself. They do a great tour and a sit-down tasting. The hillsides are planted with grapes and pomegranates. Watch for the sheep in the vineyards as you arrive. This is hands-on winemaking.

You can see other designs by him around the valley, including the neat buildings at Long Meadow Ranch. The current owner is a photography collector and the barrel room doubles as an art gallery. They have a very nice tasting room and grounds, good wines and a great staff.
